New Hire Skills Training

RETC New Hires Skills Training is designed to provide those seeking employment in the craft-trades a targeted training program specifically designed to gain knowledge and abilities necessary to qualify for an enter-level job position. Generally each training offering is 3-6 hours in duration. These training offerings can also be offered in a high school or institutional settings. 

 

RETC Skills Training can also be used to re-educate and retrain current employees whenever new technology, processes or systems are being introduced into the workplace. In addition, all of the training offerings, as listed below, are eligible for an Industry Approved Credential, that can be awarded when training has been completed.

New Hire Customized Skill Training 

RETC can also provide customized training programs for new hires who are just getting started in the workplace. Such training can be especially beneficial for jobs that require applicants to have experience. Additional customized training programs are available for disabled veterans, workers’ compensation clients and vocational rehabilitation.
